ERBUD is one of the most dynamic developing Polish construction groups providing services in the segment of commercial building, utilities, power industry, housing and road-engineering in the territory of Poland and other European countries, including, inter alia, Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Netherlands.
In 2010, the Company celebrates the 20th Anniversary of its establishment.
Thanks to the years of experience gained in the mature markets of Western Europe, the Company is competing now with the international branch players in terms of quality and timeliness of services.
The Company receives orders to execute prestigious projects in home and abroad. A special attention should be paid to such contracts as the Victoria Shopping Centre in Wałbrzych (PLN 243.7 m), Agora Shopping Centre in Bytom (PLN 188.5 m), Tesco in Warsaw, Invasive Medicine Centre in Gdańsk (PLN 157.4 m), District Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów, Technical Museum in Szczecin, Humanist College in Poznan, retirement homes in Herkenrath and Bergneustadt, Germany, coal power plant in Wilhelmshaven, gas power plant in Lingen, Germany, LNG terminal in Rotterdam, garbage incinerating plant in Luxembourg, Tunnel in Marseilles, development and strengthening of the National Raod No. 1 Gdańsk – Cieszyn, section Toruń – Włoclawek.
Over the past few years ERBUD recorded an annual growth in revenues. An excellent branch knowledge enables to asses properly the efficiency of projects and achieve high profitability of executed contracts.
In May 2007, the Company debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Funds raised from the IPO have been earmarked for the further development of large-volume construction in the country and abroad and expansion in the attractive road-engineering segment in Poland.
In accordance with the development strategy ERBUD gains next bridgeheads in prospective segments of the construction market: in September 2007, the Company took over Budlex, a leading developer in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region having more than 60 percent share in the housing market. At the end of 2007, ERBUD also signed an agreement to acquire REMBET Plus, a company operating in the prospective road-engineering business. Another acquisition took place in May 2008, this time of PRD SA based in Toruń and acting in the road sector. In October 2009, ERBUD became an owner of 70% of shares of JF Inwestycje, a company from the energy sector, now operating under the name ERBUD Energetyka Sp. z o.o.
