The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. announces hereby publication dates of interim reports in 2012:

- IV Q 2011 – February 28, 2012
- I Q 2012 – May 15, 2012
- III Q 2012 – November 14, 2012.
- Separate and consolidated half-yearly report for the first half of 2012 – August 30, 2012.
- Separate and consolidated annual report for 2011 – April 27, 2012.
Guided by the principle of good practices in public companies and equal access to confidential information, the Management of the ERBUD Group has decided to introduce restrictions on communication with investors and media representatives over the periods immediately preceding the publication of quarterly financial results. In accordance with accepted standards, the company’s representatives will not conduct interviews and hold meetings with analysts, investors and the media during two last weeks before the publication of quarterly statements. In opinion of the Board, the introduced principle represents the highest standards of reliability and transparency of the Company on the capital market.
