On 7th December 2006, the resolution about applying of Corporate Governance based on “Rules of best practices in public companies” was passed by the Extraordinary Stockholders’ Meeting.
In compliance with § 1 of the above-mentioned resolution, the Extraordinary Stockholders’ Meeting has obliged the company bodies to assure respecting of all principles of Corporate Governance included in “Rules of best practices in public companies”.
